Vaucluse man, 96, to face court over alleged aggravated indecent assaults

A 96-year-old man will face court over the alleged indecent assault of two women in Vaucluse.

Police allege that, between April and December 2017, the man indecently assaulted two women on four separate occasions at a home on Village High Road.

The women, aged 21 and 32, were employed by the man as his full-time carers.

Following investigations, officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command issued the man with a future court attendance noticefor four counts of aggravated indecent assault.

He will appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Monday.
