Coronation Street cast: Lucy Fallon and Brooke Vincent left in HYSTERICS by backstage clip

CORONATION STREET cast members Lucy Fallon and Brooke Vincent fell about laughing in a behind-the-scenes video shared on Instagram today.

The Coronation Street favourites treated their Instagram followers to a series of on-set videos today, as they took a break from filming for the ITV soap.

The good friends appeared overjoyed as they made the most of their well-earned time off.

In one clip, shared with Brooke’s 702,000 Instagram followers, the duo could barely keep their composure as they joked with one another.

The footage showed Lucy attempting to perform a dance to the tune of the original theme tune of the film Pink Panther.

Emerging from the side of an advert on the Weatherfield set, Lucy instantly fell about laughing while the song played in the background.

A second take of the performance showed the actress, who plays Bethany Platt in the soap, bobbing her head in time to the music.

However, Lucy was unable to complete her dance routine, after she burst into fits of giggles.

In a third clip, the 21-year-old pranced across the set as she imitated the moves of the cartoon character Pink Panther.

Brooke was evidently very impressed with her co-star’s dance moves, as she captioned the clip: “Gold.”

Meanwhile, Lucy treated her 324,000 Instagram followers to a behind-the-scenes capture which showed her making the most of Manchester's good weather.

Coronation Street cast: Lucy Fallon imitated the Pink Panther while on set for the Instagram clip

Embracing the sun, the star could be seen approaching her co-star Tina O’Brien, who was relaxing on the cobbles set.

In a clip posted on Lucy’s Instagram story, the actress, who portrays Sarah Platt, could be seen topping up her tan while sitting on a deck chair by the Platts’ house.

The 21-year-old was clearly delighted by the sight of the sun-bathing spot, and exclaimed: “Oh, this is so nice! Outside the Platts.”

Tina, 34, cheerily joked: “I asked Gail for some chairs.”

Coronation Street cast: Tina O'Brien soaked up the sun while sitting outside Gail Platt's house

Explaining how her filming schedule had meant she was forced to work out between shooting scenes, the 34-year-old admitted she was doing her HIIT training in the character Gail Platt’s garden.

“So scheduling has gone breast upwards so I’m doing my HIIT training in Gail Platt’s garden,” she told viewers.

Excited by the rather unusual workout setting, she gushed: “How cool is that.”

However, Catherine went on to explain how she couldn’t work up too much of a sweat, as she had to keep her make-up on in readiness for filming again.

“I just can’t let my face sweat, obviously,” she said.

Coronation Street continues tonight on ITV at 7.30pm.
