Britons FURIOUS at guest list ‘STUFFED’ with Remainers on Peston's ITV show
FURIOUS Britons took to Twitter on Sunday to voice their outrage at ITV’s Peston on Sunday with viewers claiming the guest line up was “stuffed” with Remainers with six pro-Remain politicians and public figures.
The ITV show featured a guest list of six people, all of which campaigned for Remain in the 2016 Brexit referendum.
Labour supporter Len McCluskey, Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, Culture Secretary Matt Hancock, CBI boss Paul Drechsler, Tory MP Sarah Wollaston and Lord Mandelson all appeared on the programme this morning.
Twitter user BobW said: “Peston on Sunday stuffed with Remainers again. ITV just as bad as BBC.
“All pushing to effectively stay in the EU.”

Another said: “Peston’s show has become an echo chamber for moaning Remainers.”
Political activist Tim Montgomerie also noted the absence of Brexiteers. He wrote on Twitter: “No pro-Brexit voices on Peston. Again.”
During the show, Lord Mandelson demanded Britain have a second Brexit referendum and claimed British people will be forced to make the final decision on the Brexit deal because MPs will be unable to reach an agreement.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon also said on the show that “over the next couple of weeks” the SNP will “restart” the debate for independence.

Ms Sturgeon said once there is clarity on the Brexit outlook, she will consider an independence referendum.
The Scottish First Minister said: “Of course, over the next couple of weeks we will, I suppose, restart a debate about why independence for Scotland is an opportunity and what those opportunities are."
According to Independent research agency BMG, more than 1,000 adults were surveyed and 45 percent of people voted ITV to be the most politically neutral broadcaster.
The results found that 45 percent of people voted for ITV, while Channel 4 gained 44 percent and BBC 37 percent for balanced reporting.
