Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Sunday said his party would make public “36 massive corruptions” committed by the BJD Government during its 18 years of rule and 48 achievements by the Union Government during the last 48 months on the occasion Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the State on May 26.

Pradhan said this on the sidelines of the BJP’s State executive meeting here. He said the Prime Minister would keep his Government’s report card at the meeting to be held at the Baliyatra ground in Cuttack.

He said the party would reach out to people with achievements of the Union Government in implementation of various pro-people schemes like life insurance, crop insurance, Mudra, Jan Dhan, household toilets and distribution of more houses under the PMAY and LPG to 25 lakh women in the State.

Besides, Pradhan alleged that the State Government is trying to fool and mislead people by providing false data about its achievements vis-à-vis Infant Mortality Rate.

He dared Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to prove that the data provided in an advertisement of the State Health department related to infant mortality is correct.

“The advertisement mentions that the IMR in Odisha has reduced to 40 against 41 at the national level.

But the Sample Registration System says that Odisha’s IMR was 44 against nation’s 34 in 2016,” said Pradhan.

He said the Chief Minister should apologise to the people of Odisha for providing false data. He also said he would apologise if he is proved wrong.
