Italy - Tour de France champion Chris Froome (Sky) claimed the 14th stage of the Giro d'Italia on Saturday culminating in a summit finish on the fearsome Monte Zoncolan.
Britain's Simon Yates (Mitchelton) came second a few seconds behind to hold on to the leader's pink jersey.
