Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

A Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology has invited suggestions from the public, experts and stakeholders on data security and privacy.

The committee headed by Lok Sabha MP Anurag Thakur is examining various aspects related to Citizens’ data security and Privacy. According to an official release, those desirous of submitting the memoranda to the Committee may send two copies containing their views on the subject to Lok Sabha Secretariat within two weeks.

Those who are desirous of giving oral evidence before the Committee, besides sending memoranda, are requested to intimate the Lok Sabha Secretariat to this effect well in advance. The memoranda can also be e-mailed at or can be faxed.
