Linseeds oil recover on renewed demand

Linseeds recovered modestly at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following renewed demand from paints and allied industries.

While castor seeds bold and commercial slipped owing to subdued demand from soaps and shippers industries.

On the other hand, groundnut held stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.

In the non-edible segment, by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 785 from Friday's closing level of Rs 780.

However, castor seeds bold eased by Rs 5 per 100 kg to Rs 4,015 as against Rs 4,020 yesterday and commercial softened by a rupee per 10 kg to Rs 833.

Moving to edible section, refined palmolein inched up per 10 kg to Rs 722 and closed unchanged at Rs 845 per 10 kg.
