Man found dead in stream

A 55-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a stream near Palagiri crossroads in Veerapunayunipalle mandal in Kadapa district to Saturday. Veerapunayunipalle sub-inspector Varaprasad inspected the bloated body lying in water and suspected that he might have died about five days ago.

The police registered a case and said the identity of the deceased was yet to be established.
