Buffon to West Ham?

17:30: Gianluigi Buffon could be heading to West Ham.

The goalkeeper's agent, Silvano Martina, has talked up a move to the club, saying Buffon is a huge fan of east London outfit.

“I don’t know if it will be a total farewell to football,” he told The Sun.

“He wants two weeks to talk to his family and come to a decision.

"In England, he always really admired West Ham supporters, and even wrote about it in his book."

"I can't name names specifically out of respect for Gigi [Buffon].

"He asked me not to mention specific clubs, but he does love England."

Rafa Benitez could be staying at Newcastle

Emre Can transfer date revealed

16:45: Emre Can will likely move to Juventus after the Champions League final.

Turin chief Beppe Marotta admitted he was confident of a deal being done.

"Emre Can? I am very optimistic. You can read my smile," he told Mediaset Premium.

And Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano divulged a conversation with the Juventus chief where he suggested a deal could be completed as early as next week after the Champions League final.

According to Romano’s Twitter feed, he said: “I’m confident we’ll be able to announce Emre Can signing after Champions League final”

Rafa wants Torres

16:00: Rafa Benitez admits he wants a Fernando Torres reunion at Newcastle.

The Spaniards were together at Liverpool and briefly at Chelsea before the striker's return to Spain.

Torres is leaving Atletico Madrid this summer.

And Benitez has talked up a move.

"I think it will be harder for him to come for him, not because we don't want to," Benitez told Spanish outlet MARCA.

"I don't know what's going on in his head, but maybe he is thinking about something else.

"It would be appealing, but I don't think it would be easy."

Liverpool given Alisson hope

15:15: Liverpool transfer target Alisson Becker can be 'easily replaced' by Roma this summer, according to Eusebio Di Francesco.

The 25-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Anfield in recent months.

And Liverpool have been handed a boost by the Roma boss.

"I am relaxed, as Monchi and Morgan De Sanctis can replace him easily," he said.

Benitez staying at Newcastle?

14:45: Rafa Benitez could be staying at Newcastle, with the Toon preparing to sign one of his summer transfer targets.

The Chronicle claim Benitez has instructed his bosses to sign Andrej Kramaric this summer.

A deal for the Hoffenheim forward would likely signify the manager was staying put, amid interest from West Ham.

Benitez has supposedly sought assurances from the Toon board that he will be backed in the transfer market.

West Ham are aware of his expectations they would provide him with a £100m transfer kitty.

Herrera to leave Man Utd?

12:15: Ander Herrera has dropped a major hint over his Manchester United future.

“My future is the FA Cup final. I want to be here next season and unless the club sack me, I will be here in pre-season and fight to keep adding games to my total,” he told The Guardian.

“In football, what today is black is white tomorrow. So if you think about what can happen in the summer, maybe the club signs four midfielders and they don’t want me any more.

“The only thing I can do is train well today and train well tomorrow. That’s all I can say – and of course if the club wants to talk to me I will listen to them because I am happy here.

“I don’t think if you don’t take your chance it’s the last chance you have in the season. I don’t go crazy when I don’t have my best game and say: ‘Oof, I’ve lost my chance, I’m not going to play again’.

“I know some of my team-mates, and some footballers, are up and down. If I play well I’m not very happy and if I play badly I’m not very sad. My age and experience has helped me keep that balance.

“If you work hard and respect the ones who are playing at that moment but try to give everything you have, whether that’s five minutes or 30 minutes, sooner or later football is fair. I really believe that.”

Transfer news LIVE updates: Neymar could leave PSG for Manchester United

Dembele to Liverpool...or PSG

11:30: Ousmane Dembele has chosen who he wants to join when he leaves Barcelona.

That's according to Don Balon, who say the Liverpool and PSG target would prefer to move to Ligue 1.

Liverpool have already expressed an interest in signing the 21-year-old.

But a move to PSG could now happen instead, with Dembele keen to strut his stuff under former boss Thomas Tuchel.

Neymar to Manchester United

11:00: Neymar has reportedly held talks about a move from PSG to Manchester United, despite Real Madrid chasing his signature.

Spanish outlet Don Balon say the Brazil international is weighing up his options.

Manchester United reportedly want him to sign with Jose Mourinho desperate for more stardust in his squad.

Yet Neymar is said to still prefer a move to Real instead.

Bellerin to Barcelona

10:45: Hector Bellerin is too costly for Barcelona, according to Guillem Balague.

Despite the Spaniard toiling for Arsenal, Balague boldly claimed: "Hector Bellerin is too expensive.

"As I said they want a left-back and also a right-back but the Arsenal star is too expensive.

"As far as I know there is no interest from Barcelona in Aaron Ramsey."

Jorginho to Manchester City

10:15: Napoli star Jorginho is tickling the fancy of Europe's elite with Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea all linked.

But the player's agent has now claimed City are expected to win the race for his signature.

“If Napoli finds an agreement with City, the player goes to Manchester," Joao Santos told Calcio Napoli.

“Finding an agreement with the English will not be a problem considering the importance of the team but I repeat that decision is for Napoli.”
