Narayana, Sri Chaitanya students claim top ranks in EAMCET

The EAMCET results saw corporate colleges securing all the top ranks on Saturday. The topper in engineering stream is from Narayana group, while the topper in the medical stream is from Sri Chaitanya institution.

In a statement here, the Sri Chaitanya institutions said their students emerged topper in Telangana with 94 ranks within 100. In the engineering stream, Gattu Mytraya was State second, K.V.R. Hemanth Kumar Chodipilli secured 4th rank, M. Sk. Wajid stood ninth while Guttu Sai Abhishek bagged 10th rank.

In the medical stream, its student T. Namratha bagged the top rank followed by Y. Sanjeeva Kumar Reddy (2nd rank), Ganjikunta Sreevathsav (6th rank), A. Anagha Lakshmi (8th rank) and P. Sree Chaitanya (9th rank).

Sushma, academic director of Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, attributed the success to integrated curriculum and programmes like IPL Super 60, MPL, Medicon and top-notch faculty. The Narayana institutions said in a statement that seven ranks in the top 10 of engineering stream were bagged by their students, including the State first Phani Vamsinath. In the medical stream too, five students figured in the top 10.

Directors of Narayana Institutions, Sindhura Narayana and Sharani Narayana said their students secured 71% in top 100 and in the medical stream too they preformed equally well achieving 50% ranks in top 10 and 41% in top 100 ranks.
