ALBANY — The body of a 55-year old man was recovered from the Hudson River Saturday morning after police receive calls.
Robert Busch, who was staying at the Capital City Rescue Mission, was last seen Friday May 11 at about 1 p.m. and reported missing on Sunday, May 13, Officer Steve Smith, police spokesman, said.
Police and emergency responders headed to the scene after receiving a call at 10:10 a.m., Smith said. They found the body in the river south of the Corning Preserve Waterfront. The body was taken to Albany Medical Center to be autopsied.
Smith said the investigation determined there was no foul play or anything criminal in nature.
