[Warning! The following contains spoilers from the Season 14 finale of Grey's Anatomy so don't read if you haven't watched!]

Owen (Kevin McKidd) is going to have some serious baby mama drama next season on Grey's Anatomy -- but it won't be from who you suspect.

Teddy (Kim Raver) returned from Designated Survivor Germany with more than a wedding gift for Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington). Owen's ex is pregnant and even though Teddy hasn't told anyone except the patient of the week (Tisha Campbell-Martin) that she's expecting, we are going to bet a million dollars that it's a result of Owen's impromptu trip across the Atlantic a few weeks ago to try and convince Teddy they should finally be together. If Owen isn't the father, why would Teddy agree to sticking around Grey Sloan as interim Chief of Surgery while Bailey (Chandra Wilson) takes time to focus on research and other projects?

So the alleged love of Owen's life (Cristina aside) returns pregnant with the kid he's always wanted. That should be an amazing piece of news, right? Oh no, friends. Teddy's arrival and her news comes with a lot of big complications and implications for the season ahead.

How April and Arizona Exited Grey's Anatomy

Let's start with the baby. Since Owen's trip to Germany, he's become a licensed foster dad and is currently already raising a newborn on his own. It's only been a few weeks, but Owen isn't the type to quit on a child after agreeing to take him in, especially when that baby's birth mother is a recovering addict also living in Owen's house. Owen has been overwhelmed as he is still trying to slide into the fatherhood groove, so adding another baby into the mix could cause Owen to stroke out.

That other baby mama in Owen's life can't be ignored either. Everything Sucks! star Peyton Kennedy plays the teen mom struggling to get her life back on track. She is staying at Owen's place as Amelia's (Caterina Scorsone) ward while Amelia attempts to rehabilitate the young girl. Yes, it is the most awkward game of house ever contrived. On top of that, the Season 14 finale also revealed what everyone suspected; Amelia is starting to develop real feelings for Owen and this time they can't be blamed on a giant brain tumor. So Owen has found himself a child and a potential love interest in the short time since Teddy kicked him out of her German apartment.

The issue with Teddy and Owen has always been timing. By the time either of them have realized they are ready to explore what is between them, the other has gotten involved with someone else. Teddy has arrived in Seattle, prepared to uproot her life to start a family with Owen under the assumption that a few weeks couldn't have changed his life game plan. The reveal that he's not only put himself on the fast track to fatherhood, but has also started rekindling things with Amelia is going to cause one hell of a dramatic arc. Let the love triangle begin!

Grey's Anatomy has done love triangles and custody battles before, but Season 15 looks like it is going to set Owen as the romantic center of an explosive storyline. Is it time for Owen and Teddy to finally figure out what a relationship would look like for them? Does Owen owe it to Amelia to see what their dynamic is like when she's not sick? Most importantly, which of these relationships -- if either -- would help Owen provide the most stable environment for him to become the father he's always wanted to be?

This bombshell will have a ripple effect that's going to spread through the upcoming season. Only a few things are for certain because this is Grey's: things will get messier before they get better and someone's heart is getting eviscerated. We can't wait!
