New phase of Parishramwad has begun in politics: Modi

As BJP put itself in saddle in Karnataka, the 21st State with saffron rule, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday announced that the last four years have witnessed the end of “Parivarwad” and ushering of an era of  “Parishramwad” as people have “backed” BJP’s “hard work” towards improving lives of the poor in the country.

The Prime Minister, who was addressing the National Executive Committee Meeting of all eight BJP ‘Morchas’, including those affiliated to women, youth, farmers, OBC and minority, asked them to look ahead and connect with people as BJP’s goal was “nation first and not the dynasty” .

Modi said a new phase of “Parishramwad” has begun in politics away from the polity of “Parivarwad”

“For the BJP, governance means serving the country  and people first and thereby Morchas should focus on organizational expansion and communication with the people,” the prime Minister was quoted as saying by BJP General Secretary Bhupendra Singh, who addressed newspersons after the meeting.

Modi said workers should be having dialogue with the poor people and making them aware of the Government’s  policies and programmes aiming their welfare. He also sought them to enlist new voters and bring youth to the party.

The Party should be highlighting the four-years achievements of the Government during their ‘sampark’ progrrammes.

He said party workers should be propagating the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi with an eye on 150th birth anniversary  of the Father of the Nation.

The Morchas meeting was inaugurated by party president Amit Shah, who expressed happiness over his party forming Government in Karnataka. Shah claimed that in the last four years lives of 22 crore poor people have considerably changed under the leadership of Modi. Shah underlined that the BJP’s aim was not only to form Government in States but to obtain a very respectable place for the country internationally.

He gave a programme to the Morchas saying in the next one year all of them would connect with 22 crore poor in the country and towards that end he formed a committee to set a time-bound agenda. The dialogue with the people would be done by way of NaMo App,  which is now used by all the BJP leaders and workers.

He said three issues - focusing on youth, dialogue with intellectuals and booth level consideration should be the focus of all while expanding and consolidating the organisation.
