A Muskogee County man is charged with two counts of child sexual abuse after prosecutors say he inappropriately touched two young girls who were in his care.

Muskogee Investigators say Kenneth Brandt would touch and shower with the girls and take naked pictures of them at his home near Braggs.

Brandt is a lifetime registered sex offender for a 1998 rape in Michigan.
