Julie (Sander) Bruno, 53, passed away at her home in El Dorado on May 15, 2018.
Friends may gather with the family from 10-11 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m., all on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Carlson Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date at Walnut Valley Memorial Park, El Dorado.
Julie was born on Nov. 9, 1964, in El Dorado, the daughter of Clem and Shirley (Welty) Sander.  Julie was an avid scholar and enjoyed studying and learning. She earned two Master’s degrees from Midwestern University and Texas A&M. She was a good mother and loved her boys with all her heart.
Her loving family includes: her sons, Trevor Bruno, Trent Bruno,  and Travis Bruno, all of of Laredo, Texas; sister, Becky (Brent) Blaine of Keller, Texas; brother, Russ (Tammy) Sander of Magnolia, Texas; father, Clem Sander of El Dorado; and six nieces and nephews.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Sander, and her niece Emily Sander.
