The girlband, who formed on The X Factor USA back in 2012, release Don’t Say You Love Me as the latest cut from their eponymous third album, released last year.
“Thank you for an incredible journey. We love you, Harmonizers!” they wrote on Twitter.
Lauren Jauregui added: “We love you all so much you have no idea what you’ve meant to us.
“Thank you thank you!! I’m crying reading all of your reactions, idk what we did to deserve you but ILOVE YOU.”

Jauregui is seen in the clip with bandmates Normani Kordei, Ally Brooke and Dinah-Jane; performing in glamorous dresses in one room.
The end of the clip sees the four of them leaving the room one-by-one, but Brooke - the last to leave - tellingly leaves the door open.
Fifth Harmony announced their hiatus earlier this year, promising to fulfil their remaining show commitments.
They said in March: "Reflecting on the past six years since we started on X Factor, we've realised just how far we've come and we appreciate everything so much, more now than ever.
"We've really had one hell of a memorable journey together and can't begin to express our gratitude to y'all for coming along with us on this wild ride!
"After six years going hard, non-stop, we also realized that in order to stay authentic to ourselves and to you, we do need to take some time for now to go on a hiatus from Fifth Harmony in order to pursue solo endeavors."
They added: "We are all very excited and grateful to be able to take this time to learn and grow creatively and really find our footing as individuals.
“In doing this we are allowing ourselves to gain new experiences, strengths and perspectives that we can bring back to our Fifth Harmony family."

The group faced controversy at the end of 2016 when Camila Cabello departed acrimoniously - she has since gone on to score a No1 hit and album on her own.
Kordei too has had success with her Khalid collaboration Love Lies.
Fifth Harmony scored big hits with the likes of Work From Home, Worth It, Boss and Down.
