Inox Wind today reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 55.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 mainly due to lower revenues.
The company has reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 127.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2017, a BSE filing said.
According to the statement, during the quarter, the company's consolidated total income dipped to Rs 205.64 crore from Rs 1,033.55 crore a year ago.
The company suffered a loss of Rs 187.61 crore in 2017-18. It had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 303.29 crore in 2016-17.
Total income of the company fell to Rs 504.20 crore in 2017-18 from Rs 3,480.32 crore in the previous fiscal.
Besides approving financial results, the board also approved appointment of Kailash Lal Tarachandani, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company as its whole-time director for a period of one year from May 19, 2018. He has been re-designated as whole-time director and CEO of the company.
