Insurer Chubb raises annual dividend by 3% to $2.92 a share

Insurer Chubb Ltd. said Thursday that shareholders have approved a 3% increase in its annual dividend to $2.92 a share. The dividend is payable in quarterly installments and will next be paid on July 13 to shareholders of record as of June 22. Shares were slightly lower and are down 8% in 2018 to date, while the S&P 500 has gained 2%.
