REWARI: A goods train halted at the station here for hours as the locomotive's keys went missing.

The train, loaded with coal, stood at the Bawal station near Gurgaon for more than eight hours because during the staff changing process, the keys went missing. Since this was near a railroad crossing (phatak), that too was kept closed for hours, resulting in a huge traffic jam and forcing people to take alernate routes to reach their destinations.

The train started from Mathura and reached Rewari where the driver and guards were to be change. When the new shift took charge, the station master was asked for the keys. Attempts were made to contact employees from the earlier shift, but their mobile numbers were not reachable. The information was then given to the control room.

The station master tried to arrange for a duplicate set of keys from Jaipur, but until late night, the keys had not been arranged and the train remained at the station.
