Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

The fasting month of Ramazan has begun across the country today. The worshippers thronged mosques last night, as soon as the sighting of moon was announced, to offer special night prayers called "Traweeh", which will continue throughout the month.

Ramazan is the ninth month of Islamic calender and Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated at the culmination of this month. In Gulf countries also, today is first day of holy month of Ramazan.
