Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash and DC's Legends of Tomorrow will have to make room for another key player. Batwoman is set to finally join the Arrowverse during this year's four-way crossover event, which will be spread out over three consecutive nights.

Arrow's Stephen Amell and CW President Mark Pedowitz dropped the major news during CW's Upfront presentation on Thursday, Deadline reports. While we don't know yet who will play the iconic character, we're holding out hope that Riverdale's Madelaine Petsch will be in the mix to take on the part.

Batwoman's addition also means that the Arrowverse will expand to include Gotham City, something many fans have been dying to see. While there's been no confirmation, this does provide the perfect opportunity for other familiar faces to pop up like a certain other bat-friendly superhero. Fingers crossed!
