Paralegal who ran parking ticket scheme suspended for 19 months

Michael Low, a Toronto paralegal who ran a popular parking ticket scheme promising to lower the cost of penalties for drivers, has been sanctioned with a licence suspension and monetary penalty. Sean O’Shea reports.
