On Wednesday, the Patriots signed second-round pick Duke Dawson to his four-year rookie deal. Dawson represents the seventh 2018 draft pick to sign his contract with the Patriots joining Ja’Whaun Bentley, Christian Sam, Braxton Berrios, Danny Etling, Keion Crossen and Ryan Izzo.


The Patriots are left with only two picks unsigned – first rounders Isaiah Wynn and Sony Michel.

Dawson, drafted 56th overall, is a cornerback out of the University of Florida. He finished his collegiate career with six interceptions, three returned for scores and 23 passes defenses. He led Florida with four interceptions last season.
