Reopened: Del. 1 northbound lane closed after crash near New Castle

A crash closed the right lane and ramp of Del. 1 northbound at Del. 273. The lane has since been reopened. 

The Delaware Department of Transportation sent an alert at 4:20 p.m. to the wreck. 

The agency warns drivers to use caution and to expect delays.
