Legendary tuner Brabus has turned its attention to Mercedes-Benz new X-Class to offer customers a radical bakkie.

The designers of the world's largest independent automotive tuner fitted the bakkie with a bodywork conversion with sporty-elegant design and tailor-made monoblock X 20" wheels mounted with tires of size 285/45 R 20 front and back.

Distinctive parts

For an added helping of driving dynamics for the Mercedes X 250d, engineers developed a Brabus D4 PowerXtra performance upgrade, which bumps the output of the 2.3-litre turbodiesel by 15kW and torque by 60Nm.

The options for the interior start with attractive details such as stainless scuff plates and sporty aluminum accessories such as pedals and footrest.

Strategic detail touch-ups give the X-Class an even more distinctive face. A front element centrally positioned in front of the radiator grille lends the pickup even brawnier looks. The integrated mesh takes up the honeycomb design of the production grille in the front fascia.

The add-on parts for the front fascia give the four-door with cargo bed a more dynamic appearance. The integrated LED side markers enhance the active safety in addition.

The lighting module for the roof of the X-Class offers exciting looks and further enhanced safety thanks to the increased light output. This precise-fit component features twelve powerful LEDS on either side, which provide even better illumination of the roadway in the dark when the driver activates the flashers or high beams.

Four tailpipes in the striking design of a sport exhaust lend the pickup an extravagant rear appearance.
