After pushing past some major hurdles on Grey's Anatomy, Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) are finally ready to walk down the aisle. That is, if they can make it to the actual ceremony.

In a preview of Thursday's finale, the happy couple sneaks away to a hidden shed for a quickie ahead of the wedding, but as that old adage goes, what could go wrong definitely does. As they try to leave, they quickly realize that rickety old door Alex was able to kick in so easily just won't budge, meaning they're locked in. Oh no! On the plus side, a missing bride and groom are pretty noticeable so it's only a matter of time before someone finds them, right?

Also in Thursday's episode, Bailey (Chandra Wilson) will be forced to do some self-reflecting when the stress of her heart attack and everything else she's had to overcome this season finally take a toll on her.

The Season 14 finale will be especially poignant for longtime fans as the show bids farewell to Sarah Drew and Jessica Capshaw who will depart after nine and 10 years as cast members, respectively. The episode was written by Grey's boss Krista Vernoff and directed by Debbie Allen, who also plays Catherine on the series.

See how it all unfolds when Grey's Anatomy's Season 14 finale airs Thursday at 8/7c on ABC.
