Christine Lampard PREGNANT: Frank Lampard reveals presenter’s expecting their first child
CHRISTINE LAMPARD is expecting her first child with husband Frank, the former footballer has revealed in a sweet Instagram post this afternoon.
The ex-Chelsea player took to Instagram to reveal the very exciting news with his 2.9 million followers.
The 39-year-old shared a picture of the couple, who wed in 2015, alongside his two daughters from a previous relationship.
Frank stated: “We have some exciting news we wanted to share with you. The Lampard family is growing!
“My gorgeous wife @christinelampard is pregnant and we all couldn’t be happier!!!”
Christine, 39, also took to the photo-sharing site to share the happy news, telling her 264,000 followers: “The Lampard family are expanding!!! I feel SO excited, nervous and grateful!

“The list of emotions is endless,” she gushed.
Christine previously gushed about the idea to adding to their family, telling The Mirror: “It if happens, of course it will be wonderful.
“If not we have the two girls — and one is about to embark on her teenage years, so that is a whole other chapter about to happen,” she said in February.
“That is honestly where our heads are at, and we just enjoy life as best we can in between.”
She regularly speaks fondly about the close relationship she has with her stepdaughters.

Frank and Christine first got together in 2009 and announced their engagement in 2011.
They later tied the knot in December 2015 in a romantic ceremony in Knightsbridge, London, with the star-studded guest list including Frank’s cousin Jamie Redknapp, Holly Willoughby, Chelsea ace John Terry and Phillip Schofield and his wife Stephanie Lowe.
In 2016, Christine spoke about the idea of having children on Loose Women.
“Oddly enough, at 37, if you don’t have babies, it’s all I get asked,” she told the panel.
“Firstly it’s, ‘Oh you’re 37?! No babies yet?’

“That’s a really big question. It doesn’t bother me really but it’s something I would never ask another girl,” she said.
“Purely because I have so many friends who have been through terrible struggles to have little babies and you just don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors and what’s going on in other people’s lives.
"It's a question I would never ask anyone but I get asked it loads."
Brunette beauty Christine began her TV career on long-running BBC Northern Ireland comedy Give My Head Peace before moving on to hosting the likes of Children in Need and Let Me Entertain You, alongside Brian Conley.
In 2007 she became the co-host of The One Show on BBC One and has presented Loose Women since 2016.
