Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that IC Group A/S has received information from Friheden Invest A/S that it has increased its shareholdings in IC Group A/S on 16 May 2018.
As a result of this increase, Friheden Invest A/S has a shareholding in IC Group A/S constituting:
9.386.358 shares of DKK 10 each
corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 93,863,580 or 54.9% of the total number of shares issued and voting rights.
