WeWork, the collaborative workspace company, recently completed the inauguration of its new building in Vicente López, a province of Buenos Aires, within same month of its first anniversary in Argentina.

The doors of the new Wework were opened to welcome more than 200 guests who accompanied Jorge Macri, Mayor of Vicente Lopez, and Patricio Fuks, CEO of WeWork for Latin America, for the cutting of the ribbon.

Entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and leaders met on the 8th floor, overlooking the Rio de la Plata, among them Francisco De Narvaez, Carlos Gorosito, Beto Vijnovsky, Gabriel Hanflieng, Diego Banfi, Nicolás Francisquelo, Diego Mazer, Gastón Parisier, Tomás Pierucci, Miguel de Achával, Juan Carr, Julian Weich, Josefina Álvarez Castillo among other businessmen and journalists.

Located on Av. Libertador 1000, one block from the station Vicente López del Ferrocarril Miter, the tower consists of 14 floors and 12,000 m2 of work and leisure space. So WeWork doubled its offer after only 1 year of the first opening in the country, in Torre Bellini.

Some 2,400 new members will be able to enjoy the WeWork work style. The offices of Vicente López are open 24/7, with security and cleanliness, and come fully furnished, ready to start working from the first day. They also offer parking.

The offices are pet-friendly, have spectacular views of the river from all floors, and an incredible terrace. The membership allows access to any WeWork in the world, and to the company's digital application.

This project is part of an aggressive WeWork expansion plan throughout Latin America, which includes adding a large number of new buildings in markets where it already has a presence - such as Mexico, Brazil and Colombia - as well as landing in new countries such as Peru and Chile in 2018.

In Argentina, WeWork will soon add two new buildings: Ing. Enrique Butty 275 (known as IBM Tower), in the neighborhood of Retiro, and Andrés Arguibel 2860, in what will be the first foray into Palermo.
