TIME is fast running out for the International Maritime Organization (IMO) member states to implement the 0.5 per cent cap in global sulphur, which kicks in on Jan 1, 2020.

Esben Poulsson, who chairs the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS), says: "While the ICS fully supports the
