Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday reviewed the progress of various development projects in the Union Territories.

During the meeting in New Delhi, the Minister reviewed the projects like Smart Cities Mission, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) and Swachh Bharat Mission. Senior officials from the Union Territories briefed the Home Minister on the status of various developmental projects being implemented in their respective UTs.

Home Minister appreciated the progress achieved in implementation of various projects aimed at improving ease of living of people.

The Minister also exhorted the officials to persevere for completion of the pending projects at the earliest keeping in view the specific requirements and constraints of each UT.
