Split Karnataka verdict: Kerala Tourism offers ‘safe and beautiful’ resorts to MLAs

NEW DELHI: As political parties in Karnataka prepare to ensnare MLAs from rival factions to prove a majority in Karnataka assembly, which delivered a split verdict earlier today, Kerala Tourism has invited the MLAs to โ€œunwindโ€ at the safe and beautiful resorts in its state.
"After the rough and tumble of the #KarnatakaVerdict, we invite all the MLAs to unwind at the safe and beautiful resorts of God's Own Country. #ComeOutAndPlay (sic)," Kerala Tourism tweeted.

The tweet came shortly after it became apparent that no single party will be able to reach the majority mark in the Karnataka assembly elections. Thus the split verdict gave rise to speculations that MLAs would be lured by their rival parties to complete the numbers.

Many on Twitter lauded Kerala Tourism's 'invitation'. One user even commented that this was "the best tweet by far on election verdict".

Twitter users were all praises for the admin even pointed that the person "deserved a raise".
