* At 1026 PM CDT, Doppler radar detected a line of thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area, following a nearly
stationary storm earlier that dropped heavy rainfall over far
northwest Osage county. Radar estimates that 3 to 4 inches of rain
has fallen. Flash flooding is could begin shortly.
