Court to deliver verdict in Ryan school murder case on May 21

The local court here on Monday granted the Central Bureau of Investigation time till July 4 to submit the supplementary charge-sheet in the case pertaining to murder of a Class II student of a Bhondsi school.

During a hearing in the court of Additional Sessions Judge J.S. Kundu, the CBI counsel said investigation in the matter was in progress and sought more time to submit the final and conclusive charge sheet dealing with the role of the Gurugram Police and the school. The court directed the CBI to file charge-sheet till the next date of hearing on July 4.

The Court also observed that the trail should start on July 4 when charges would be framed.

The regional head of school and HR head, arrested in the case, were told to be present in the court on the next hearing.

Besides, the three appeals challenging the respective judgements of the Juvenile Board regarding the juvenile be tried as an adult, he should be asked to give fingerprints and could be sent to custody were conclusively heard by the Child Sessions Court.

The arguments were over in all three appeals during the hearing and the Child Sessions Court reserved the final judgement for May 21.

The judgement shall be passed at 10 a.m.
