Steve Bould is delaying a decision over whether or not to stay at Arsenal as he waits to find out who the next manager will be after Mikel Arteta received a significant double boost.

Physio Colin Lewin has become the latest victim of Arsenal’s backroom cull as the club clear the decks for Arsene Wenger’s successor, with Arteta ahead of Hoffenheim’s Julian Nagelsmann and Max Allegri distancing himself from the post.

First-team coaches Boro Primorac and Neil Banfield, fitness coach Tony Colbert and goalkeeping coach Gerry Peyton were all informed last week that they would be following Wenger out of the exit door.
