A Brantford man was killed in a three-vehicle collision in Hagersville Saturday after the driver of one of the vehicles went into medical distress.
Provincial police were called to a crash on King Street East around 11:39 a.m.
A witness found the 55-year-old man unresponsive in his vehicle.
An OPP officer tired to resuscitate the man, who was later transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Two other people from another vehicle were also taken to hospital, but are expected to survive.
Police say a driver heading west had a medical emergency and collided with another vehicle heading in the same direction.
The "chain reaction" caused a third vehicle to crash, according to the OPP.
