2 12 oz packages semi sweet chocolate chips
2 oz gold sprinkles
3 oz dried cranberries
2 oz fresh edible flowers
2 oz fresh mint

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate, microwave in thirty second increments stirring in between each increment, until chocolate is smooth and lump free.

Pour melted chocolate onto lined cookie sheet and spread until the chocolate is about 1/4 inch thick across the entire top. Gently tap pan on counter top to smooth chocolate and release air bubbles.

Sprinkle chopped mint, flowers(chop them if they are bigger than a dime), cranberries and sprinkles evenly over the top of the chocolate.

Either freeze for twenty minutes or let stand at room temperature until chocolate has hardened completely.

Remove solid chocolate from pan and break into pieces by hand.
