Cong accuses Modi Govt of Dalit repressive policies

Delhi Congress leaders belonging from dalit communities lambasted the Narendra Modi Government at Centre for — dalit repressive policies of the Central Government and spreading hatred against dalits and other backward classes.

Delhi Congress leaders Jai Kishen, Rajesh Lilothia, Charan Singh Kandera, Vir Singh Dhingan and several others met on Friday and discuss the anti dalits repressive policies. The meeting was held at AICC headquarters.

Speaking on the occasion, former MLA Jai Kishen criticized the Modi Government saying that the people of BJP and RRS have a deep hatred with the Dalits, these people are the staunch enemies of Dalits.

He said that at the center-when they were in Government-then atrocities have taken place on Dalit and backward classes.

"The Dalit leaders of other parties have also been shaking their blessings in the greed of taking pleasure," he said. The Congress leader said that issues like development, development of Ramaraj, Ram Mandir, Guwahatya, Ganga Maiya, respect of women, future of youth, Achhe Din, bringing back black money in Modi's Government claiming development have become minor.

He said that atrocities are being done on the Dalit and backward sections in the Modi Government.
