BHOPAL : Research scholars are in a fix over the mandatory provision introduced by the Barkatullah University (BU).
Keeping in line with UGC guidelines BU has made it mandatory for the research scholars to file a plagiarism report with their research report.
However this has created panic amongst the scholars as they do not have access to anti-plagiarism software.
A research scholar requesting anonymity said, “The University should have its own anti-plagiarism software to identify plagiarised work.
“We are facing problem after the university mandated it we are managing it by our own but we have limited resources”, added the scholar.
Registrar UN Shukla didn’t pick up the call to comment on the matter.
