Albany's Tulip Festival begins Friday with the traditional scrubbing of the streets at midday near City Hall.
Skies will be sunny, with cooler temperatures than the last few days, the National Weather Service said. The high will be near 63, with wind gusts as high as 23 mph.
Overnight, there's a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 4 a.m., and a low temperature around 42.
Showers are likely for Saturday, forecasters said. The chance of precipitation is 70 percent. Skies will be cloudy and high temperatures near 52 and a low around 42.
Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 68.
