Ford Motor Co. will resume production of its best-selling F-150 pickup trucks at its Dearborn, Mich., and Kansas City, Mo., plants next Friday, according to a Reuters report that cited one source familiar with the matter. Ford late Wednesday halted production of its F Series trucks as it ran out of parts after a fire damaged a supplier's plant in Michigan. Ford kept its 2018 guidance intact, however, saying it had "strong inventories" of the trucks. Shares of Ford ended the regular trading day down 0.2%.
