Secretary in the Department of School Education and Literacy at Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Anil Swarup today said, Public-Private-Partnership can be instrumental in promoting pre-school education in the country.

Mr Swarup was speaking at a seminar in New Delhi on Re-imagining Pre-school Education which was organized by FICCI in collaboration with HRD Ministry and Early Childhood Association.

He said steps are being taken to promote pre-school education and special focus is being given on its implementation. The Secretary said, with the launch of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, the government is focusing on continuous education for children.
