John Abraham has a team and they should carry out a mission in secret. That’s not the only similarity with Inception though.

John Abraham’s film Parmanu-The Story of Pokhran has finally emerged out of troubled waters. After getting delayed repeatedly due to various issues for six months, the film’s final release date has been locked in as May 25.

To share the good news, John shared the first trailer for the film on Friday. However, just when we were beginning to get positive vibes about the film, we realised how the entire music for the trailer has been lifted beat for beat from Christopher Nolan’s hit film, Inception.

The trailer music takes its sweet time to build up but when it does, it sounds just like Zack Hemsey’s Mind Heist, which was used in the first trailer of Inception in 2010. Don’t believe us? Check out the trailer for Inception and play close attention at the 1.10 minute mark. Then switch to Parmanu’s trailer right below it and forward to the 1.06 minute mark. Trust us, you will realise the similarity in the first listen itself.

Right?

The film was earlier scheduled to release in December 2017 but reportedly got delayed to avoid a clash at the box office with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat. The release was later postponed thrice owing to the dispute caused by a lockdown between production banner JA Entertainment and KriArj Entertainment.

The film directed by Abhishek Sharma, also features Diana Penty and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.
