Safe Communities Carroll County will hold a Click it or Ticket kickoff from 8 a.m. to noon May 19 at the Carrollton Farmers Market at Dollar General Market, 1305 Canton Road NW, Carrollton.
Speakers will begin at 10:30 a.m. Local law enforcement will speak on the importance of buckling seat belts.
