The hand written posters on pieces of red cloth urged the locals to celebrate the 200th birth anniversary of German revolutionary socialist Karl Marx.

The posters bearing the name of Kalimela Regional Committee of outlawed CPI (Maoist) asked the people of Chitrakonda to follow the philosophy of Marx to solve various problems plaguing the society.

On May 5, similar posters were found in Doraguda, Nuaguda and Papululu villages under the Chitrakonda police station in the district.

Earlier on Monday, Maoists posters in the name of Malkangiri Koraput Vishakhapatnam Border (MKVB) committee of the CPI (Maoist) were found at Badadural village along Koraput-Malkangiri border.
