Donald Trump to meet Kim Jong-un in Singapore

US President Donald Trump and North Korea's supreme leader Kim Jong-un will meet in Singapore on June 12.
Trump has confirmed the meeting through a tweet. The meeting will be held on June 12.
"The highly anticipated meeting between Kim Jong Un and myself will take place in Singapore on June 12th. We will both try to make it a very special moment for World Peace!" Trump's tweet read.

Earlier today, North Korea released three American detainees who were welcomes by Trump in New York. They were released while US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was in Pyongyang to discuss the upcoming summit.
The two leaders are expected to discuss North Korea's nuclear weapons development and testing programme.
