NFL news: Dallas Cowboys owner sensationally BACKS released Dez Bryant
DALLAS COWBOYS owner Jerry Jones believes Dez Bryant can still star in the NFL.

Bryant was released by the Cowboys last month and is yet to be picked up by a new team.
The NFC East side let the 29-year-old go despite Bryant being the Cowboys' all-time receiving touchdowns leader with 73.
He had a successful 2017 season too making six touchdowns from 69 receives.
Bryant also went a total of 838 yards - his best return since 2014 when he made 1,320 yards and 16 touchdowns.

And Jones believes he can replicate that form elsewhere though stands by the decision to cut the wide receiver.
"I think Dez has an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to a team in the NFL," Jones said.
"Our time was the right time as far as our relationship, but that doesn't preclude him from being productive for another team."
Bryant is rumoured to have turned down a multi-year offer from the Baltimore Ravens with the 29-year-old reported to be searching for just a single year deal.
There are no indications as to where he may end up, if anywhere after Dallas struggled in 2017.
The Cowboys were one of the preseason favourites for the Super Bowl, but ended with a 9-7 record.
Cowboys’ scouting chief Will McClay recently explained the decision to let Bryant go, saying: “It was a collective deal.
