New Philadelphia First United Methodist Church, 201 W. High Ave., will celebrate Change the World Sunday with a unifying commissioning service at 9 a.m. May 20.
The United Methodist Church launched Change the World Sunday eight years ago as an active, hands-on program included in its efforts to rethink church and spread community outreach.
