Niagara police say a 29-year-old Grimsby man is facing charges in relation to child pornography.

The man was arrested at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Tuesday after a lengthy investigation, say police.

He's been charged with possession of child pornography and access to child pornography.

Police say in the spring of 2017 members assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation Unit started an investigation into the online  sexual exploitation of children.

Members of the public can report suspicious Internet activities relating to child exploitation to the Niagara Regional Police Service or online.
