William M. "Buddy" Kimbrough, 74, of Ambridge, died Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cannie and Louise (Edwards) Kimbrough, and sister, Earlean Blackmon. He was born December 1, 1943, in Alabama. He was a member at the 1st Missionary Baptist Church in Leetsdale, Pa. Buddy enjoyed fishing, tinkering with odds and ends around the house, and his cars. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Surviving are his loving wife of 53 years, Gwendolyn (Evans) Kimbrough; four sons, Mac (Sherrie) Kimbrough, Keir (Cynthia) Kimbrough, Jeffrey Delai and Curtis (Nicole) Brazil; three daughters, Kimberley (Joe) Thomas, Lois Kimbrough and Alisha (Willie Florence) Kimbrough; sister, Mary (Hamilton) Hope; brother, Willie (Grace Ann) Kimbrough; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two special nieces, Sonya Evans and Neil Kimbrough, and good friends, Tom Harlee and Mark McTige. Friends will be received Friday from 12 noon until the time of memorial service at 1 p.m. in the GABAUER-MATTER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1133 Church St., Ambridge, www.gabauerfamilyfuneralhomes.com.
